1st Grade Still Lifes

1st Grade Art learned about still life art and practiced the art by drawing lemons, apples, oranges, and pears. Each table received their own fruit and drew the fruit 3 different times from different angles. We also practiced the use of shadows. Finally, we added patterned wallpaper to add some color to our artwork!

4th Grade Picasso Portraits!

In 4th Grade Art, we researched some of Picasso's most famous portraits. We even looked at some of his work that is at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. Then, we used collage and crayon to make "Cubism" portraits. Hope you like our awesome abstract art!
